Making Hand Rankings Static

Alright, I've been asked if it is possible to make the hand rankings static, and although I don't think it is a good idea, it is indeed possible.

If you saw Ray and his Dynamic Hand Ranks in hell, and want to revert to basic 1-169 static ranks no matter how many people are in the hand, this is how you do it:

Open up C:\Program Files\Logical AI\NewDynHr.ini and copy and paste this column into every section 1-9

Keep in mind that if you do this, the formula that is included with the program will no longer work, you will have to completely rewrite every like that refers to $hRank
