Hey Bob,

Which installer did you use?

The expert download one or the one that comes with the AutoInstaller?

Bob, most likely culprit is your firewall.

Don't have enough details to tell you more.

There has been about 20 successful regs at this point, so the problem is on your end.

Not with the current release.

Your only option is to set up a Virtual Machine. This product was fully tested in VMWare, so it is recommended.

Bob,

I'm gonna move this into the General Support forum, and then I will answer, hang on.

Alright,

VMWare is basically a virtual computer inside your computer. You can set whatever resolution you want inside there, regardless off your screen resolution. It will basically be another application windows, but inside there will be a virtual copy of Windows XP running.

To get that going, what you need to do is download VMWare Server (I believe it's free), and install Windows XP on it. Once that is done, you can set the resolution to the correct setting there, install the bot, etc..etc..

Bob,

You keep running into problems, your luck must be running out. I don't know exactly what you are doing, so it's difficult to help you.

Try uninstalling Logical AI and reinstalling from scratch. AutoInstaller should work perfect, at least it does over here.

Bob, apparently I'm at fault. Or Windows maybe. One of the files get corrupted with some installs.

This Patch will sort you out.

Bob, did you use this Patch??

You don't have to jump threads, I answer every thread.

You are going to have to get prolific Bob, just like bebe in the other thread, in order for me to help you.

What did you do from the very start and what is happening? Tell me as much detail as possible.
